All our freezers undergo strict quality inspections to guarantee premium quality. We offer a one-year free warranty for the entire unit starting from the date of purchase. Key components including compressors and control boards are covered under a three-year free warranty for your peace of mind.

For malfunctions caused by product quality defects within the warranty period, we provide free repair or replacement of corresponding spare parts free of charge. Malfunctions resulting from improper operation or man-made damage are not covered by the warranty.

II. After-Sales Service Policy

If you encounter any issues during use, please dial our after-sales service hotline. Our professional technicians will offer consultation and technical support.

If your freezer requires maintenance, please provide your purchase proof (invoice or receipt) and a description of the malfunction. We will arrange professional technicians for on-site service within 24 hours upon receiving your request to resolve the problem.

Place the freezer in a well-ventilated area away from direct sunlight, to prevent compromised cooling performance and shortened compressor service life.

Clean the interior and exterior of the freezer regularly to keep it dry and tidy for stable performance.
